4. Appointments, Payment & Cancellations

• Booking: Services must be scheduled online via our booking platform or directly by phone.
• Payment: Payment is required at time of booking or service. Accepted forms include major credit/debit cards and other options listed at checkout.
• Insurance: If using insurance, you must provide complete and accurate information prior to service. Verification does not guarantee coverage.
• Cancellations: Appointments canceled less than 24 hours in advance may not be refunded. No-shows and last-minute cancellations are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in service-specific terms.
